The pictorial large-format book captures the essence of the region, focussing on the people, their rich culture, heritage and life style. The book, primarily produced for the Indian Army, aimed at promoting a better comprehension of the region while also highlighting the synergised role of the Forces in the region. This book was a precursor to the Northeast Trilogy that was to be undertaken subsequently in a major step towards national integration.
